Pancake / Crepe

You will need...


  • 100g plain flour
  • 1/2 pint of milk
  • 1 large egg
Savoury topping
  • A handfull of cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 to 3 pieces of slided ham
Sweet topping
  • Lemon juice
  • Brown sugar


HEAT A LARGE PAN

WHISK EGG, MILK AND FLOUR

POUR ONTO PAN

FLIP THEN REMOVE AND ADD TOPPING
(SWEET)

OR

ADD TOPPING AND FOLD TWICE
THEN REMOVE
(SAVOURY)
